Parris Island Reef offers an interesting shore dive, especially for those looking to extend their bottom time. The limestone formations here provide plenty of nooks and crannies to explore, with a good chance of spotting various small reef fish and invertebrates tucked away. Visibility can vary, but on a good day, it’s a relaxing spot for newer divers to practice buoyancy or for seasoned eyes to hunt for macro life. It’s certainly a less crowded alternative to some of the more famous spring dives.
