Kewalo Pipe, just off Oahu, offers a convenient shore dive when the surf is low. We’ve found it’s usually pretty calm in the mornings. You’ll follow a large pipeline out to a small reef, spotting plenty of turtles along the way. It’s a decent shallow dive, good for newer divers or those looking for an easy second tank.
