Billy Murrell Reef AR-364 - 55 Landing Craft - North Carolina
The Billy Murrell Reef, also known as AR-364, holds the remains of a 55-foot landing craft. This site often draws sand tiger sharks, particularly during the warmer months, making for some dramatic encounters. We often find the visibility here to be decent, and the relatively shallow depth means more bottom time. It's a solid dive for those looking for a predictable wreck with good shark potential off the North Carolina coast.
