Dale McDowell Reef AR-445 - ADMIRAL CHARLIE 55 Tug - North Carolina

The Admiral Charlie 55 Tug, part of the Dale McDowell Reef, sits upright in the sand, offering an easy penetration for those with the right training. We’ve found plenty of sheepshead and amberjack congregating around the superstructure. It’s a good, straightforward wreck dive, probably best for those comfortable with deeper dives given the typical offshore conditions here. We usually see some schooling fish, too.
