We’ve dived Alki North often, particularly for a quick shore entry. You’ll find a mix of rocky and silty bottom, usually with plenty of greenling, sculpins, and sometimes nudibranchs if you look closely. It’s a reliable spot for an easy current-free dive, good for new divers or anyone wanting to test out new gear without hassle. Visibility can vary wildly, though, from a murky few feet to a decent 15 in summer.
