Edmonds Breakwater is a popular shore dive, particularly for training and easy access. You'll find a host of Pacific Northwest critters like giant प्रशांत octopus, wolf eels, and various nudibranchs tucked among the rocks. It’s an ideal spot for new divers to practice skills in calm conditions, or for experienced divers to enjoy a relaxed muck dive without a boat. Expect cold water and limited visibility, typical for the region.
