Saltar's Point Beach offers a straightforward shore dive, popular with local divers for training and easy access. You'll find a silty bottom, home to Dungeness crabs, small rockfish, and nudibranchs if you look closely. It's a good spot for buoyancy practice or a relaxed poke-around when you're not chasing big pelagics. We'd suggest it for beginners or divers wanting a casual shore entry.

    Safety Notes

Cold water this month (avg 11°C). Drysuit or thick wetsuit (7mm+) recommended.
