Saltwater State Park is a popular shore dive, accessible year-round. You'll likely spot giant pacific octopus, lingcod, and plumose anemones, especially under the pier. It's a solid training site or a good choice for divers wanting an easy entry into the Puget Sound. Just keep an eye on the currents, they can pick up.
