Scubatec - Dahab

Scubatec, right in Dahab, is a straightforward shore dive that often gets overlooked for its more famous neighbours. You’ll head out from the beach, finning over sandy patches with clumps of seagrass where we’ve spotted small giant clams settled in. It’s a good spot for finding the smaller stuff, like the Beaky Acropora Goby peeking out from the staghorn coral. The reef edge isn't deep, maybe 15 metres, so it’s perfect for a relaxed second dive or when you’re just getting comfortable with shore entries. While we haven't seen dolphins here often, the occasional visit from an Indian Ocean bottlenose isn't out of the question.
