Shaab Samdai, often called Dolphin House, is a U-shaped reef system. It’s known for frequent dolphin encounters, particularly Long-beaked and Indian Ocean bottlenose dolphins, who often rest in the lagoon. The outer reefs hold decent coral, like Thin birdsnest coral, and you might spot Pharaoh cuttlefish or schooling Indian scad. This spot is great for divers hoping to see dolphins in a natural setting, but manage your expectations for the reef itself.
