With 57+ marine species recorded in the area - including dolphins, humpback whales, octopuses, seahorses and spinner dolphins - Siyoul Lagoon offers some of El Gouna's richest reef diving. Water ranges 21-28°C, warmest July, August, September.
Siyoul Lagoon is a shallow, sheltered spot in El Gouna, ideal for newer divers or those looking for a relaxed multi-level profile. The maximum depth is 18m, making it a comfortable dive. We often find good numbers of fusiliers here, along with the occasional moray eel peering out from the coral. It's a gentle introduction to Red Sea diving.
