TAICEER (POSSIBLY) - El Gouna

The Taiceer, a motor vessel that went down in 1965, sits upright at 22 metres in El Gouna. It’s a good introductory wreck dive, manageable for newer advanced divers, but still interesting enough for those with a few dozen wrecks under their belt. You can fin right around the superstructure, peer into the holds, and see schools of glassfish shimmering inside. Around the deck, we’ve often spotted lionfish tucked into corners, and even the occasional stonefish if you’re looking closely. It’s a comfortable dive, rarely with strong current, making for an easy hour underwater.
