Habili Ali
Why dive here
Habili Ali is a pinnacle dive where divers can encounter dolphins, humpback whales, oceanic whitetip sharks, sea turtles and spinner dolphins. Water ranges 23-31°C, warmest July, August, September.
Habili Ali is a real outlier for Marsa Alam, a solitary pinnacle rising from the depths. Most of our dives around here hug the coastline, so it’s always a good day when we head out to this spot. While it’s not always a dolphin guarantee, we’ve had some fantastic encounters with both Bridled and Long-beaked dolphins here, usually cruising by in the blue. Keep an eye out for curious cowfish in the reef’s nooks too. It's a great choice for experienced divers who appreciate remote, pelagic action over shallow reef exploration.
