Habili Zabargad
Why dive here
Habili Zabargad is a pinnacle dive where divers can encounter dolphins, humpback whales, oceanic whitetip sharks, sea turtles and spinner dolphins. Water ranges 23-31°C, warmest July, August, September.
Habili Zabargad sits as a solitary pinnacle, rising from the deep near the famous Zabargad Island. It’s a site for those who enjoy the open water feel, where the big pelagics like to cruise by. We’ve seen pods of long-beaked dolphins here, curious and playful, and even a few false killer whales making a pass in the blue. Keep your eyes out from the pinnacle itself, as the real action often happens just off the reef edge. It’s a good spot for a drift, letting the current carry you as you scan the horizon.
