Shaab Bango - Marsa Alam
Shaab Bango is a sheltered reef dive, shallow and calm, making it a good spot for newer divers getting comfortable in the Red Sea. The reef slopes gently to about 20m, dotted with whip corals and the usual reef fish like parrotfish and angelfish. We often spot blue-spotted rays resting on the sandy patches, and sometimes a passing turtle. It’s a relaxed dive, a nice break from some of the more current-swept sites.
