Tobia Hamra - Safaga

Tobia Hamra gives you a decent, relaxed dive experience in Safaga. We often see it as a good second dive, especially after something more energetic. The site itself is a series of shallow pinnacles, mostly covered in soft corals swaying gently with the current, which is usually quite mild here. Look out for the resident Indian Ocean bottlenose dolphins sometimes cruising by, especially in the mornings. It’s also a good spot for finding smaller stuff, the cone snails are quite plentiful and if you’re patient, you might spot a snapping shrimp. It’s a solid, undemanding dive, perfect for just enjoying the water.
