KAZAR - Tyre
The Kazar, a motor vessel that went down in 1985 after dragging anchor in rough weather, offers a surprisingly engaging dive off Tyre. She’s not deep, but her 61-meter length means there’s plenty of hull and superstructure to explore. We’ve found her to be a great spot for photographers, with schools of silversides often swirling around the decks, and the occasional octopus tucked into crevices. It’s a pretty chill dive, generally with mild currents, making it suitable for divers looking for a relaxed wreck exploration.
