The Salem, a wooden vessel resting in Tyre's shallow waters, offers a surprisingly poignant dive. We're talking just 5 meters here, making it accessible for nearly any diver, even those still gaining confidence. She was a casualty, sunk in Beirut Port allegedly by a mortar hit, and now her broken timbers create a surprisingly rich habitat.
