BEATRIX MARIA - Fujairah

The Beatrix Maria sits upright on the seabed at 25 metres, a sailing vessel that capsized in a storm back in 1989. She’s surprisingly intact, offering plenty of nooks and crannies to peer into, though penetration isn't really on the cards. Look for schooling snappers and fusiliers congregating around the mast, which still reaches up towards the surface. We often spot moray eels tucked into the hull and lionfish drifting lazily in the slight currents here. It’s a good spot for a second dive or for divers looking for a straightforward wreck without any big surprises.
