Nihon
Why dive here
Nihon is a wreck dive where divers can encounter blacktip reef sharks, sea turtles and whale sharks. Water ranges 23-34°C, warmest July, August, September.
Nihon is an older wreck in Fujairah, sitting upright at 10 metres. The ship’s superstructure is quite broken up now, but you can still fin through parts of the cargo holds and engine room. Look for moray eels tucked into the crevices and schooling snapper around the remaining deck plating. It's a relaxed dive, good for newer wreck divers or those wanting a second, shallower dive.
