WHITE WALL - Fujairah

White Wall in Fujairah always makes us smile. Despite the "dangerous wreck" classification you sometimes see, it's actually a super shallow site, a proper anomaly at only 5m deep, making it perfect for newer divers or those looking for a chilled-out second dive. This isn't your typical deep, dark wreck; it’s more like an exposed, broken-up cargo vessel, spread across the sandy seabed. What we really love here are the colours. The exposed metal, often coated in a soft layer of green algae and white anemones, really pops against the sandy bottom. You’ll find moray eels tucked into crevices, and schools of snapper often hang out in the bigger sections of debris. We’d suggest going at high tide if you can; the extra foot or two of water makes a surprising difference to how much light penetrates, really bringing out the yellows and purples on the coral growth. It’s an easy entry, usually flat calm, and just a really pleasant dive, a nice contrast to some of Fujairah’s deeper pinnacles.
