The DG-6 is a shallow dive just off Mar del Plata, a lighter vessel sitting upright at a comfortable six meters. We’ve found it’s a great spot for an easy second dive or for newer divers getting their fins wet on a wreck. The wreck itself isn't huge, but the superstructure is still largely intact, offering easy swim-throughs and lots of nooks to poke around in. Expect to see plenty of local fish species, mostly small ones, darting through the rusted metal, and often a few crabs scuttling across the deck. It’s a good example of how quickly nature reclaims what the ocean takes.
