OSCAR - Mar del Plata

Dropping onto the Oscar wreck, just 6 metres deep, feels a bit like stepping back in time. This isn't a grand liner, but a lighter vessel that went down in 1929, now a jumbled collection of metal ribs and plates. We love how the structure has become an artificial reef, attracting schools of small fish that dart through the openings. It’s a gentle exploration, perfect for newer divers or anyone looking for a relaxed second dive. You can spend a good while poking around the remains, spotting crabs tucked into crevices and maybe even an octopus if you’re patient.
