The ROCCA II, a sunken tugboat, rests in shallow water just 3 meters deep off Mar del Plata. It’s a site best suited for newer divers or those looking for a relaxed, easy dive. We found it’s become home to a decent number of local fish, often sheltering within the superstructure. While the wreck itself is quite broken up, the bits and pieces offer some interesting swim-throughs and plenty of nooks to poke around in.
