Rebocador Marte - Fernando de Noronha

The St. Anthony wreck, an intentional sinking from 1997, sits upright and shallow enough to feel relaxed on. We love that it’s not too deep, topping out around 21 metres, which means plenty of bottom time for poking around. You can fin right into the cargo hold, and we often find turtles just hanging out inside, unbothered. The light filtering through the open deck is something special, catching the flashes of schooling blackfin chromis. Keep an eye out for frogfish camouflaged on the hull; they’re masters of disguise but they’re here, often more than one. Just a short swim away, a small tire reef acts like a fish magnet, drawing in big long-nosed butterflyfish and trumpet fish. It's a great spot for newer wreck divers or anyone who just wants a chill dive with consistent turtle sightings and the chance to spot something rare like a frogfish. We've seen white-tip reef sharks cruising the sand nearby too, a nice bonus.
