Maumere offers a slower pace of diving compared to some of Indonesia's busier spots, which we appreciate. It’s got a bit of an ‘off the beaten track’ feel, and that means fewer other divers bumping elbows with you. You'll find plenty to keep your eyes busy with the macro stuff – nudibranchs, frogfish, the usual suspects hiding in the rubble and sponges.
