With 203+ marine species recorded in the area - including manta rays, mobula rays (devil rays), pygmy seahorses, sea turtles and sperm whales - Karang Kassi offers some of Komodo's richest reef diving. Water ranges 28-30°C, warmest April, May, November.
Karang Kassi offers a classic Komodo reef dive. The hard coral formations here are impressive, often dotted with nudibranchs and small reef fish. We've found it’s usually a relaxed drift over the reef, making it a good choice for newer divers or those looking for a calmer afternoon dive. Visibility is typically good, allowing for easy navigation.
