Taka Garlarang, a sizable reef in Komodo, feels like a classic Komodo dive. You'll drop onto healthy coral, often seeing reef sharks cruising the perimeter and schools of fusiliers dotted along the wall. Currents here can pick up, so it's best for experienced divers comfortable with drift dives. It's a reliable spot for encountering larger pelagics moving through the channel.
