With 246+ marine species recorded in the area - including blue-spotted stingrays, bull sharks, grey reef sharks, manta rays and mobula rays (devil rays) - Salut Dropoff offers some of Lombok & Gili Islands's richest wall diving. Water ranges 28-30°C, warmest April, May, November.
Salut Dropoff offers a classic wall dive experience off Lombok. The wall itself provides an interesting vertical landscape, though we haven't found much detail on specific depths or notable species here. It’s a site for divers who appreciate the topography of a good dropoff and don't necessarily need a high-octane pelagic encounter. We'd suggest it for a relaxed dive if you’re already in the area.
