Arborek Dive Shop - Raja Ampat

Arborek Dive Shop sits right off the Arborek jetty, and frankly, it’s a site that often gets overlooked for the flashier spots. But we’d suggest giving it a solid hour. The seagrass beds here, a mix of *Cymodocea* and *Thalassia*, are more interesting than they sound, especially for macro fans. Look for Denise's pygmy seahorse tucked into the fans if you have a sharp eye and a patient guide. We've also spotted juvenile Bristle-tailed Leatherjackets zipping between the blades. While we wouldn't guarantee a Leatherback or Olive Ridley, both have been recorded here, usually cruising past the fringes. It’s a gentle dive, good for photographers or those looking for something a bit different from the usual reefscape.
