Batu Laut - Raja Ampat

Batu Laut offers a mellow dive, a good spot to slow down and really look. We’ve had success finding Denise’s pygmy seahorses here, tucked into gorgonians, so bring your macro lens and your patience. The site gently slopes from 5 to 30 meters, meaning you can spend a good chunk of your dive in the shallows, perfect for tracking down smaller critters. Look for the Hooded oysters and Truncated arks clinging to rocks. While not a manta cleaning station, Reef Mantas occasionally glide by, a bonus if you’re lucky. It's a relaxed dive, suited for those who appreciate the details over the grand spectacle.
