Blue Magic - Raja Ampat

Blue Magic is a seamount that barely breaks the surface in Raja Ampat. We’ve found the best approach is to drop in just off the northern tip, letting the current carry you gently over the top. It’s a cleaning station, so keep an eye out for grey reef sharks circling above and the occasional manta ray cruising through. Even if the big stuff isn’t around, the reef itself is alive with activity: schools of fusiliers, clown anemonefish tending their homes, and if you look closely, you might spot a Denise’s pygmy seahorse clinging to a fan. This site is a good pick for those who enjoy drifting and keeping an eye on the blue.
