Friwen Bonda - Raja Ampat
Friwen Bonda is a comfortable little drift, not a wild ride, but a steady push along a sloping reef. We typically drop in and let the current carry us past a series of coral bommies, all busy with schooling cardinals and surgeonfish. Keep an eye out for the smaller stuff here; the gobies are particularly diverse, and we've spotted Denise's pygmy seahorse tucked into soft corals on more than one occasion. It’s a nice option for a relaxed dive, especially when you're looking for something a bit quieter than some of Raja Ampat’s more famous, current-swept sites.
