Why dive here
With 238+ marine species recorded in the area - including blacktip reef sharks, giant moray eels, pygmy seahorses, seahorses and sperm whales - Busa Bora offers some of Sulawesi's richest diving. Water ranges 29-31°C, warmest June, October, November.
Busa Bora offers a classic Indonesian dive, with the chance to drift along a wall that drops into deeper water. We've seen plenty of reef sharks cruising in the blue here, and the reef top itself has a good mix of hard and soft corals. It's generally a pretty relaxed dive, so it suits those looking for a gentle current and good pelagic sightings.
