With 238+ marine species recorded in the area - including blacktip reef sharks, giant moray eels, pygmy seahorses, seahorses and sperm whales - Cha Cha offers some of Sulawesi's richest diving. Water ranges 29-31°C, warmest June, October, November.
Cha Cha is a drift dive off Sulawesi where the currents can be playful, pushing you along a sloping reef. Keep an eye out for schooling bannerfish and triggerfish hovering in the blue. It’s a good spot for divers comfortable with a bit of a ride, allowing for some effortless viewing of the reef's inhabitants. This site is best for those who enjoy a dynamic dive rather than a static exploration.
