Why dive here
With 238+ marine species recorded in the area - including blacktip reef sharks, giant moray eels, pygmy seahorses, seahorses and sperm whales - Tanjung Kopi offers some of Sulawesi's richest diving. Water ranges 29-31°C, warmest June, October, November.
Tanjung Kopi delivers classic Sulawesi reef diving, with a gentle slope that’s easy to navigate for newer divers. We've seen plenty of reef fish going about their business here – clownfish in anemones, cruising angelfish, and often a turtle or two munching on sponges. It’s a comfortable, easy dive, perfect for a relaxed afternoon.
