    Dugong Watch is a shallow, sandy patch in Apo Reef, around 9 meters deep. It’s exactly what the name suggests: a stakeout for dugongs. We’ve found it’s best for a slow morning or late afternoon dive, perfect for newer divers or anyone happy to just chill and observe. You'll likely spot blue-spotted rays, but the dugongs themselves are shy and require patience.
