With 176+ marine species recorded in the area - including giant moray eels, sea turtles, sperm whales, lionfish and pufferfish - Lunas offers some of Apo Reef's richest diving. Water ranges 28-30°C, warmest May, June, July.
Lunas offers a solid wall dive at Apo Reef. We’ve found it’s a good spot to drift along, looking for reef sharks patrolling the deeper sections. Keep an eye out for schooling jacks too. It's generally a straightforward dive, well-suited for divers comfortable with a bit of current.
