Sasaigang Point
Why dive here
With 176+ marine species recorded in the area - including giant moray eels, sea turtles, sperm whales, lionfish and pufferfish - Sasaigang Point offers some of Apo Reef's richest diving. Water ranges 28-30°C, warmest May, June, July.
Sasaigang Point offers a solid drift dive along a sloping reef. You'll often find white tip reef sharks cruising the deeper sections, and schools of Jacks frequently gather in the blue. It’s a good spot for intermediate divers looking for pelagics, though currents can pick up, making it less suitable for beginners.
