Largahan is a perfect spot for those days when you just want to take it slow and soak it all in. We love the relaxed pace here, it’s not about big pelagics or dramatic drop-offs, but rather a gentle exploration. Think sandy slopes dotted with seagrass, where you can actually take your time to hunt for the small stuff. Our favourite part is cruising along, keeping an eye out for the shy blennies popping out of the sand, or watching the Hoeven’s wrasse dart between the seagrass blades. It’s an ideal site for macro enthusiasts, or photographers looking to spend a good 40 minutes with one subject. We’ve had some fantastic encounters with Poss' Scorpionfish here, they blend in so well you really need to look close. The Blackspotted Sea Cucumbers are everywhere, busy sifting through the sand. Sometimes, if you’re lucky, a Great Barracuda will cruise by in the blue, just to remind you who’s boss. For a mellow, rewarding dive, Largahan really hits the spot. It suits divers who appreciate the subtle beauty of the reef, the ones who aren’t always chasing the next big thrill.
