Sand Bar Sanctuary in Bohol lives up to its name, offering a mostly sandy bottom dive. We find it’s a good spot for divers keen on macro life, with plenty of critters camouflaged amongst the gentle undulations of the sand. Look out for gobies, shrimp, and the occasional pipefish here. It’s a relaxed dive, usually with minimal current, suitable for newer divers or those who prefer a slower pace.
