With 496+ marine species recorded in the area - including barracuda, blacktip reef sharks, blue-spotted stingrays, bull sharks and octopuses - Daquit Shoal offers some of Dumaguete's richest pinnacle diving. Water ranges 28-30°C, warmest June, July, October.
Daquit Shoal sits a little further out from the Dauin coast. It's a small patch reef, usually done as a second dive, known for consistent schooling fish. We often spot jacks, barracuda, and batfish hanging around the main coral bommies. It's a relaxed dive, good for photographers or those who like to take their time watching the action unfold.
