Old Volcano Bay - Siargao
Old Volcano Bay in Siargao makes for a relaxed dive, especially if you’re just getting your fins wet or haven’t been in the water for a while. We typically hit a maximum depth of around 19 meters, meandering over a mostly sloping coral reef. It’s a gentle introduction to Siargao’s underwater scene, often with plenty of juvenile reef fish flitting about the hard coral formations. We’ve spotted parrotfish and the occasional lionfish tucked into crevices. Conditions are usually pretty mild here, making it a good spot for building confidence.
