South Shore Divers - Siargao

Siargao's South Shore Divers is one of those spots we always make time for. It’s not just about the big schools of trevally, although seeing those Port Hedland and Giant Trevally swirl in a silver vortex is a definite highlight. We love drifting along the reef edge here, keeping an eye out for the unusual suspects. We've spent entire dives just scanning the sandy patches for the Japanese Stargazer – they're masters of disguise, but totally worth the patient search. The little details make this site for us, like the way the Alligator Pipefish blends perfectly with the soft corals, or spotting a Bristle-tailed Leatherjacket nibbling away. If you're into macro life and also appreciate the occasional pelagic show, South Shore Divers delivers. It's a great spot for photographers willing to take their time and really observe.
