South Park - Tubbataha - Tubbataha Reef

South Park, near the southern tip of Tubbataha’s North Atoll, is a solid intermediate dive. We've often found ourselves drifting along its reef wall, keeping an eye out into the blue. It’s not uncommon to spot grey reef sharks here, sometimes whitetips too, patrolling the drop-off. The coral cover, while not the most dense in Tubbataha, still supports a good variety of reef fish, and we’ve seen schools of fusiliers here that practically block out the sun. It's a relaxed dive, good for taking your time and soaking in the classic Tubbataha feel, without the intense currents some other sites are known for.
