SUMBER INDAH - Southern Islands
Sumber Indah isn't your typical Singapore dive, and that's precisely why we like it. Sitting in just two metres of water, this motor vessel wreck is more of a snorkel or shallow freedive expedition than a scuba outing. You'll find the hull largely intact, draped in soft corals and sponges, a real contrast to the usual reef dives here. It's a fantastic spot for macro enthusiasts, with nudibranchs and small crabs tucked into every crevice, and we've seen schools of juvenile barracuda circling the superstructure. If you're looking for something different, a shallow exploration with a camera, Sumber Indah delivers a surprisingly engaging experience.
