With 263+ marine species recorded in the area - including blue-spotted stingrays, dugongs, giant moray eels, seahorses and sea turtles - TB. CHARLI offers some of Southern Islands's richest wreck diving. Water ranges 28-31°C, warmest May, June, November.
The TB. Charli is a small wreck sitting upright on the seabed at 27 metres. While not huge, her masts are still largely intact, reaching towards the surface and creating interesting swim-throughs for those comfortable with overhead environments. The wreck itself hosts plenty of life: look for resident batfish, schooling fusiliers, and nudibranchs making their home on the metal hull. It’s a good option for divers keen on wreck exploration without venturing too deep.
