The Teera Amutara, a 21-meter fishing vessel, rests upright at 20 meters, a testament to a fiery end back in '71. It's a compact wreck, but one with character, especially for those looking to explore a piece of Singapore's maritime past. We’ve found schools of fusiliers often circling the stern, and while the original structure is slowly degrading, the superstructure still offers enough nooks for groupers and lionfish to shelter. This site is a good choice for divers who appreciate a history lesson with their dive, and it's manageable for those comfortable with deeper recreational limits and slight currents.
