The House Reef in Koh Lanta & Phi Phi is precisely what it sounds like: a convenient, easy dive right off the shore, usually from a resort. At a shallow 13 metres, it’s a brilliant spot for knocking out a buoyancy check or easing new divers into the water. You’ll spend your time here exploring sandy patches and small coral bommies, often with an abundance of juvenile reef fish darting around. It’s not a deep-water drama, but we’ve consistently found cuttlefish here, along with occasional stingrays hiding in the sand. Perfect for a relaxed afternoon dive, or if you're keen to squeeze in an extra splash without a boat trip.
