Plamong, Ko Adang - Koh Lanta & Phi Phi

Plamong, Ko Adang is a good spot to start if you’re just getting your fins wet in the Andaman. It's a shallow, sheltered reef, topping out at 14m, which means plenty of bottom time and an easy pace. We’ve drifted along here with beginner groups, spotting parrotfish grazing on the coral and anemonefish darting amongst their tentacles. It’s not going to blow your mind with huge pelagics, but for a relaxed dive with consistent visibility and minimal current, it’s a solid choice for building confidence.
